At last a "blog" that seems to work!! For those of you who are interested - enjoy what we have enjoyed so far!!
CAPETOWN is a most beautiful city: - spectacular Table Mountain dominates the sky-line and is THE landmark for visitors and Capetonians.
The beaches are some of the best in the world for swimming (if you don't mind freezing water - we do!), surfing or simply soaking up the sun.

Dr. Chris Barnard performed the very first heart transplant operation here. It has recently been upgraded - and is a most magnificent looking building. - I guess the strike has affected the work here during August?
