Hey everyone!! Just is just a heads-up to what exactly I'm doing, and a way for you to know where my blog is. I'm leaving on the 16th for Peru and will travel all day (leaving Charlotte at 11 am and getting to Lima, Peru at 9:30 pm.) Interesting fact....Peru is technically in the same time zone as the U.S. East Coast; however, there is no Daylight Savings Time in Peru, so I'll be an hour behind when i'm there. Like I said before, this is just a way of letting you get used to where I'll post and I plan to keep this updated each day, or at least once every 2 or 3 days. I'm really excited about this experience and my classes seem really interesting. I'm taking History of the Incas and Survey of Latin-American Literature. Hope you will enjoy this blog and pictures that I'll post in the future.
