Here is the view from the Hauptbahnhof. It is a little dark, sorry about that. Basically it is a lot of skyscrapers.
We took a trip to Frankfurt with AJY on Thursday last week. It was pretty cool, but again super super cold which made it a little less fun. We went to Goethe's House, a big german writer (sometimes compared to shakespeare). It was a pretty cool place, but the tour took a really long time and it went into our lunch break so we were all pretty hungry. After lunch we went to the Kaiser Museum where Herr Dörr (one of the teachers at ajy) talked about the kaisers and history stuff. Then we went to Paulskirche. It was a beautiful catholic church. Some people took pictures, but I felt wierd taking pictures in a catholic church so i didnt. After the church we had like 35 minutes free time. We (Phill, Kelly, Katy, Katie, and I) just walked around and went into one bookstore near the church. Right by the Hauptbahnhof (train station) there is a red light district with many shops and other things. We had a good laugh about that.

The train ride was like an hour, but on the way home we had fun listening to our ipods/dell djs and rocking out. It made the train

Here is Goethes House. It was rebuilt after WWII because the city was severly bombed and destroyed.
ride go faster, which was definitely a good thing.

There were a bunch of people going to the museum that day, so there are people in the way.

My flash didnt go off really well, but the shadow is the train station. It is the most beautiful train station in Germany.

There was a really pretty courtyard outside the kaiser museum and i liked this building.

M11, thats M for 1st Name and 11 ltrs for last!
Anyways here I am writting to you. Nice pictures by the way. Makes me think of when I was there, only for 2 wks though. By the way its my turn to go to the Sand Lot, Sand Box, Camel Country etc. Yes in May I shall depart the US for approximately 6 mon. ouch, good for the Military Career. Any ways have to go, talk to you later.....
