So, after a couple of awesome parties we finally set sail in Alan's car down to Devon. It was a rush, I'm not entirely sure how we would have done it without the help of so many people.
Thanks to all of you for your wicked presents, your excellent partying skills and for making leaving that much harder!
Big, massive thanks goes to our Mums and Dads for being there for a free holiday, food, love and support, not to mention the odd bit of storage space. Without their help we would still be wondering what to do with it all.
For those that don't know, we've been given a little cuddly lemur. His name is Willy and we are to take him where ever we go. I've heard that he's a little camera shy so he hides away in photos.

Glad you have arrived safely
Hi Sheryl and Steve Glad you have arrived in Jamaica OK. I envy you the warm weather. It has snowed again here and it is really cold so you escaped the latest cold spell. I had a look at the weather in Egypt and when we arrive the temperature at our Red Sea resort is 29 deg C. They do a lot of diving and snorkelling there so I may try and snorkel and hope I don't drown! We have a coral reef just by our hotel so it should be really nice if I can manage it. I am looking forward to hearing what you are doing on your travels. I bet you are both enjoying the sea and sunshine and just chilling out at present. Huw is in Chile now. When do you meet up with him? Is it Honduras? I have just this minute finished my marking which is a real relief as it is quite long hours and the magic wears off after about the first second.
