Mt. Egmont
Hello! It's been awhile but thats mainly because we haven't done any more exploring lately! But we did have Krithia and Melvin come and visit us so I thought I'd put the pictures up of that weekend. I also got a new tattoo! Its on my foot, of a pohutukawa flower. It's the New Zealand "Christmas Tree" because the flowers are red and the leaves are very dark green. The trees are beautiful especially when they are in bloom (which is right about now!)

Not much else is new, but I would like to say Happy Birthday to my niece Bella who turns one on the 30th!

As for our plans...Mark is looking at flights most nights and now has made up his mind, he is going to stay here until the 21st so he won't be travelling with me on my flight. He is also looking into staying in Canada with me for xmas and new years but then possibly going back to London to do the driver training for Contiki in March. I don't think he will be doing any tours, just training the drivers, but we will see! And then he may return to Canada sometime

in June or July and stay for the summer? We are not 100% yet but because he cannot work when he comes to Canada (he will be only traveling on his passport) it just makes it hard to stay for a long period of time. We are also in the process of putting together all the documents we need to apply for his permanent residency! Very exciting! Lots of paper work but it will be worth it in the end! Also if anyone wants to help out and write a quick something about Mark and I and when you met him (ie. when he came to Canada to visit etc) we can use all the statements from friends and family as well! Just include your name and contact details and how you know myself or Mark and then write whatever you like and send it to my email: andreabullock978@hotmail.com and we can use these testimonies as further proof of our relationship in the overall application that we submit.

Other than that, I actually am getting mixed emotions about coming home. Of course I am very very excited to see everyone!!!!!!! It will be so nice to see all my friends and family and even to eat in my favorite places! I think the Health Food Shop and Wabora will have excellent sales when I return that first week! But I am also getting very sad to have to leave this house and this area. I love where we live, right by the ocean with a great view of the mountain! I don't like to think about packing up all of my things and moving out of this house. But Mark is keeping the house, so we will definitely return someday soon! If only NZ wasn't SO far away, I could easily live here!

Well enjoy the pictures! Hope you are all doing well!
