My 2009 Getaway....is a 7D6N Trip to beautiful Hanoi, the oldest capital city in Southeast Asia. Up to now, Hanoi has been one of the few cities in Asia left entirely void of the western-style boxy business architecture.
Halong Bay, the magnificent heritage with 2000 islands rising from the emerald water of the Gulf of Tonkin. Can't wait to relax on the boat cruise while admiring the beautiful limestone seascape of Halong Bay, one of the wonders-of-the-world.
Sapa, a delightful French hill station situated in the mountainous region of Vietnam's northeast. Learning the culture of many ethnic minority groups, each wearing traditional and colorful attire..not forgetting..trekking along Muong Hoa river surrounded by huge rice paddy terraces..learninig how rice is sowed to harvested...
Will also get to visit Hoa Lu-Tam Coc, known as Halong Bay on "land". Check back to know more...Photos of the places should be up to... 😊

Capital city of Vietnam is 999 years old
Hanoi was the capital of Vietnam 999 years ago. They will be celebrating their 1000th next year which will be a good time to visit.
