Hey guys, just a quick message before I leave the Cook Islands tonight and head to Fiji. Ive spent the last week living with three girls, Steph, Holly and Chrissy, and a guy called Ste, we managed to find a cool house for only NZ$15 a night, which is nothing, its right near one of the best beaches, as soon as I get to NewZealand and they have some kind of Broadband I'll put a few pictures up here for you guys.

Last Saturday we got motorbikes out, and went round the Island, stopped off at a few beaches and ate crazy Island Fries which are like purple and green chips, which are pretty cool. Then on Sunday I had great fun coming flying off the motorbike on a wet corner and sliding straight across the road, smacking my head (no helmet), legs and arm to shite on the way. Turns out hospitals here arent that great either, just a tiled room covered in blood really, but luckily all they did was cover me in alcohol, so no danger of picking up any diseases. Its quite hard to walk at the moment, and I cant go in the sea, but other than that Im ok, as the nurse said tho, Im gonna have a Harry Potter scar on my head when it heals, great.

Matthew you would love this Island, there are only two buses, one clockwise and one anti-clockwise, and they go round the whole island in about 20 minutes, so no danger of getting drunk and waking up on the wrong bus - I've gone for the hitch hiking route anyway, its cheaper and you get to meet the locals.

Right well, hopefully Fiji will go better, but I have a feeling I've already missed my tour by a day, so I'm gonna play the damaged leg and head card to try to get my money back!

Big love to all, and to all a good night.

Oh yeah, I bumped into a girls from uni on the bus here too, probably the smallest country in the world, what are the chances!

I'd say the chances of you bumping in to a girl from uni there are about 6 to 1. Ian you love falling off motorbikes. If you had a list it would be on it. Me and that Island would get on well. I wouldn't need an apartment I'd just sleep on the buses. Recent news in London: A submarine got lost and ended up in the river Thames. Despite attempts to save it, it was so traumatised by the event that it died. Balls I don't know why i started writing now. Got to go. Since you've been away, Enfield has moved ever so slightly further north due to global warming. Good luck
