little update

Well hello!!!
So I worked at the Ocean Gem Gallery today....well lets start from the beginning! I got called by Liesja (my boss at OGG) on Saturday to see what days off I had at Snickerdoodles....I was already working at OGG Thursdays and so I also had Tuesday off and she needed someone to do stock take for her so of course I said yeeeah! I ended up giving away a 10-2 shift at the cafe because I otherwise wouldn't have had a day off until Saturday! So I did stock take today from 9am - 5:30pm. It was great actually....me and this other lady Janet wrote out everything in the store and thanks to my quick typing and my skills with microsoft excel we had 7 pages worth of beautiful jewelry etc catalogued with formulas input for quantity and price etc. I liked working on the computer again! And then Mark and I got Hell's pizza and a dessert pizza - yummm! We should open one of these shops in Canada, they have the best gourmet pizza!
AND Mark is working for another company. I guess China (Mark's boss at Symmons) got a request for some drivers and since their business is slowing down, he has sent Mark to go work for Hurlstones. He is driving a dump truck!!!! Clearing dirt from road construction or something like that. He could be there for up to three months I think - if he likes it. So that means he works 7am - 5 or 5:30 pm!!!! So that is much better hours! It's nice having him home at decent times now!
Ummm also on the weekend Mark won his first race!!!! I wasn't feeling well on the weekend again and they sent me home early Sunday. I stopped in to see Mark's last race (he got 2nd on his first two races of the day) and on the last one he was first the whole way and then this guy caught up to him at the end and it was such a close call!!! very suspenseful to watch!!!!! Then Mark's boys came by for some beers and I made them all nachos! yummm! His parents stopped by for a visit as well - and his dad got a new car! A Ford Falcon XR6 - Dad you can look it up now that you know how to use the computer!
Kobi had puppy class again and he didn't really play much - again! Laurelle and I went for a walk on Friday night and picked up this puppy along the way....he had a collar and no tags so we called the animal control and he got to play with Kobi until they picked him up. he played real well with that puppy, so I think that all of the big dogs just overwhelm him!!! But we are going to join "the club" and take Kobi for obedience classes for the rest of the year! It only costs like $60 and we were watching the class before ours and they seem like they learn a lot! So we are pretty excited about that!
I got to see my little niece on Sunday through Skype!!! She is crawling!!! Well just a little and doing little bum push-ups! so cute! I definitely miss her heaps!
Sorry I have not been able to call and catch up too often - it's been good that I have been working a lot more now though!
Anyway, I think that's all that is interesting at the moment!!!
