Thailand tattoo marathon

So after all our plans for adventure around Chaing Mai Pilch passed a tattoo studio and got chatting… before we knew what had happened he had arranged an appointment within the next half hour with Ek (at Phattie Studios - High in Phat Low in Moral Fibre).

Once in there Tanya started looking at some options and decided to go for it… her tattoo hurt a lot less than her previous bamboo experience and she was well chuffed! It was however, now about 6pm and neither of us had any food… Pilch went out to rent some DVD’s and they began work on covering up Pilch’s left arm tattoo. We watched about 6 films in a row and didn’t leave the studio until 3am!! But at least he had the outline done!!

So we woke up and cancelled our planned day of adventuring… went back to the studio at 12pm and didn’t leave until 9pm!! So when I say marathon I mean it!! Pilch was slightly delirious at one point and started talking about 70’s UFO’s on his stomach!! He was extrememly wasted when we left the studio at about 10 after so long in the chair and several beers!

Oh… and to stop the boredom of two days watching Pilch in the chair Tanya got another one (sorry Mum!!)
We booked our flight to Phuket and we were off to see Chloe … with slightly sore arms!!
