it knows its going
and looks sad. even worse when it had all the doors removed. It was a good friend, that Rayburn! and in with the older! Our old Rayburn cooker developed a leak in its boiler before Christmas ( rather a nuisance as it tended to put the fire out), and after a lot of thought we decided to get a smaller older Rayburn to replace it. There were several reasons which we won't go into!!! Anyway, today was the day to do the deed - luckily I was at work for some of the time, as there's never anywhere to go when there are plumbers in the house. And I'm very pleased with the result - well the look of it anyway. Can't light the fire till tomorrow when the fire cement has had a chance to dry off. That will be the test, won't it? If you don't hear from me again.........
