No Photos...

Sorry for the long time between blog entries here... a friend accidentally broke my thumbdrivey thing that i use to transfer pictures from my memory cards... But she got me a new one so as soon as I´ve got that there will be another update... nothing really terribly exciting has happened...

oh, except for one BIG thing! I´ve extended my stay here, and will be back to the states in May instead of January. I miss you all back home lots and lots and love you, but it´ll just be a little bit longer till we see eachother again. 😊
-Why did I decide to stay? Lots and lots of reasons (and there were lots of reasons to come home that made it a hard decision), but among those are that Im having an amazing time here, and dont want that to end, and I also feel that my learning of spanish is at the point right now where the only way for it to improve more is to have more time here speaking it... I think I´m going to learn so much more if i just have more time.
-Is anything else different other than my return? not really, although I will be switching to a new host family in January. I will be staying at the same school here in Copiapó. I still plan on graduating with my class at Falmouth Highschool, and will be shipping off to college the fall after i get home.

lets see... not too much else is going on...
a little while ago there was a big fire downtown.... and i saw the wreckage today, it was pretty crispy. It isnt too uncommon here for fires to start because it is VERY hot and VERY dry.

and next friday my sister Laura will be arriving, to spend the weekend here with me in Copiapó and then we will be headed down to see HER Chilean family in La Serena, from her exchange last year. And we´re also going to see the graduation of her class there. I am SOOOO excited, there are so many things to show her and talk about and i just can´t wait!!!
