time to move on

Here I am back in Germany. I had a pretty good trip- first I was only booked to economy class- but after asking the guys on check in it all came clear that the only seat worth for me was somewhere in the first row of the first class 😉 Good Lord I am spoiled. Anyway- same same applied for the flight out of DXB to FRA. Once I got there I wasnt really sure whether I made the right decision to go home during wintertime. The warmth drained out of me and my smile froze instantly as the cold embraced me. And I started to wonder if it would be noticed if I simply kept on sitting in my seat and return to DXB??! Something else hit me straight away as well- its going to be christmas soon- a fact I was able to easily ignore in Pattaya. Anybody got an idea for presents?

Looking back on the last 4 month I spent in Thailand while trying to become a diving instructor I must say that I made a lot of good and some very good memories and same same applies for friends. I can only hope to make an experience as good as that in the near future. Being surrounded by so many Brits and Americans was always interesting, yet I had the feeling some of them like to pick out events from the past and bring them to my german attention time and time again. I wonder why?! 😉
I noticed that I did learn some behaviour of them (if it involved only good one's?- noone knows..) but I do also hope that I left a good impression (sometimes) as well.

So whats on next?- Well since my visit at home is a part of my journey I will let you know about xmas as well as new year and afterwards skiing holidays finishing off with the start of a new adventure in south east asia by (hopefully) end of january.
