Edit Blog Post

It's nearly a week since we got home and I thought I'd better just finish off the blog. Typically, having travelled from HK we got as far as Berwick on Tweed and got kicked off the train because of flooding on the line. I was really gutted to think we'd finish up with a bus trip home but after an hour we were able to squeeze on a north bound train and get right through to Inverkeithing where Mum and Dad were waiting. There were lots of tears - relief maybe???
We stayed with Mum and Dad for 4 nights before moving back into Limekilns. Thank goodness Rog, Mum and Dad had been sorting things out. The house looked great, the garden was tidy, the car was ready to go and there was a welcome home pack from the scouts!!!

Right now I'm sorting out dentists, school uniform, chimney sweeps and interior designers. A strange mix. I'm slowly catching up with folks and am aghast at how it feels as if I've never been away (ish!). My promise that I wouldn't become Mrs. UK Anorak woman are only just holding true as the weather encourages warm, sensible clothing. The three girls all have some form of employment which is more than their mother can say. Thanks to everyone who has been reading this and supporting us - much appreciated.

Inverkeithing Station
What an emotional feeling it was to see you all when you arrived at Inverkeithing. I have never ' blogged ' before and found it really great travelling back to the UK with you.
