While we were waiting for our lunch one of the dolphins came into the ramp but didn't hang around for long.
Hi All,
Well we don't have much to report except that Hervey Bay is experiencing an unseasonal wet period (surprise, surprise). We went for a drive on Saturday to some of the local areas along the Caloola coast and then on Monday we headed up to Woodgate which is only about two hours from here and stayed in the National Park for a couple of nights. It was a lovely place and would be great on a nice sunny day but the weather was overcast while we were there and we packed up on Wednesday morning in the rain. Just waiting for the weather to clear now and then we will head off again.
Love
Maree and John

The kangaroos were very road savvy and are everywhere. This one with the joey was not intimidated by us at all.

There was only one other van in the camping area while we were there, but is apparently always full in holidays

Hi john and re, well it's sunny enough in Canberra - only problem is it's about minus four degrees! Missing you both, and wishing I was camping and fishing. Love, Liz
