Well, it's 1:30 in the morning and I should be in bed since I have to get up in 5 hours to come home! But I wanted to put in one last blog before coming home and I doubt I could sleep anyways. It's been a busy couple of days in Hong Kong. It's monsoon season right now, so it's been raining most of the time; it's a good thing the main attraction here is shopping! Today I ventured out in the rain and took the fairy across to Hong Kong island to go up the "The Peak." It's a lookout point with an amazing view of Hong Kong; atleast I'm sure it's amazing when it's not pouring rain and has fog thicker than pea soup. It was still beautiful.
My last two weeks in Thailand were great. I fully enjoyed the Full Moon Party on Ko Phangan (I think I am still recovering from it!) and my two dives off of Ko Tao (so great!). I also treated myself to a little beach front bungalow on Bottle Beach, though most of you probably wouldn't think of it as much of a treat if you saw it!
So I'll be home tomorrow and I am a bit nervous, but so excited to see everyone! It's going to be such a long flight to Vancouver, but relaxing since I won't have to worry about where I'm going to stay, what I'm going to do, or if I'll have enough money!
I've had an amazing time and have experienced so much. Can't wait to tell you all about it in person! See you soon!
