Hey there! So I made it to Athens, finally. I had to take an over night ferry from Ancona to Patras and then a train to Athens. Like 36 hours later i finally made it to my hostel. i am pretty exhausted. When I arrived into Patras it was quite an exhuisite view. The water is not your average blue, for it is a whole new color of blue I have never seen. So vibrant. I have not really done much today. I did laundry and watched Reba while I waited for it. I thought that was pretty funny actually. I have noticed that everything "American" is like 3 years behind. All the videos being shown on their mtv are from 2006. And the shows are even older. its weird, what are re runs for us are new episodes for them. Strange how that works. So I am going to head to the Acropolis tomorrow. CHeck that out. i have a feeling i might not make it to the islands because of easter weekend. i really timed this very poorly. :o( every hostel or cheap hotel is booked for the weekend. Stupid pilgrims. I guess I will just have to come
back with someone for that mediterranean cruise i have been dreaming of. Hint hint wink wink. I will write more in a few days.
