A day in Vientiane

Arrived back in Vientiane last night with Ida & Maria. Ellen stayed back in Ban Na. We met with Nik from openmind first thing in the morning, to visit the immigration office & do some sight seeing. The girls went back to Ban Hatkhai for 2 more weeks. I am back to Nong Khai. It was sad to break up a great team. I will miss them.

It is now time for a new adventure. This time I have decided to raise money for Willen Hospice in Milton Keynes. The plan is to ride 2,500km through the Western Ghats of India, starting in Goa, and ridding through Karnataca, Kerala and Tamal Nardu. We will be steering clear of main roads and using local trails as far as possible and hope to find some unusual off the beaten track places.
