Dale arrives!

Sunday I met Carol and Bill downtown for lunch. We went to a place recommended by Valentina, called Jauja (slang for “a good time”). Wonderful food! We had various kinds of crepes, but they serve everything from trout to venison. Here's a picture from another travel blog on the web.

In the afternoon, I went with Miguel (my new amigo), to pick up Dale at the airport around 4:00. It was so great to see him and have a shoulder to cry on regarding all my travails of the past week. We went for a walk to El Centro and back, then had dinner with the family - homemade pizza.
