Today started out looking pretty promising, and I intended to go out and do some sight seeing, however it didn't take long for the rain to start in full force which put a damper on my plans. Instead we all stayed in and read and ate and then watched a couple of films. During one dry spell howver I decided to find a bigger supermarket only for it to bucket down once I was out the door, thankfully a guy pulled over and gave me a lift - so I can say that I hitch-hiked in the Cook Islands, even if it was only 10 mins down the road! Was quite interesting actually I got to pick his brains about Island life, and as a bonus he looked one of the NZ All Black Players!! All-in-all a bit of a wash out, but not a bad day as far as they go.

sounds like paradise apart from the rain
hi bex sound like you are having a fab time apart fromthe weather but still it sounds like paradise. hitch-hiking in the cook islands bet that isn't something everyone experiences. make sure you load up samo piccies so we can see it too. lots of love from us all xx xx xx xx xx xx xx
