Nothing major has occured over the past few days. The whole flat (with the exception of one neighbor) has kept it pretty low key. Cassie and I have successfully made two dishes as well as making Anya her first PB&J. She said she liked it, but that it was a little sweet for her taste. All is well, though, she said she would eat it again.

Last night we made our own version of stroganoff (sp?). We had ground beef and noodles and then made our own sauce which consisted of parmesan cheese, cream, and pepper. It actually turned out a lot better than we anticipated. I think we even impressed Topi, who's in visiting Anya. Then this morning (after making a wet trek) we made pancakes for everyone. We couldn't find any maple syrup here, so we settled for strawberry jam and home-made whipped cream. And guess who made the whipped cream? That's right, I did. I had to do it with a hand whisk, though, which made it a little difficult, but it came through none the less.

Other than that, not a lot has gone on the past few days. Done a little reading for my classes, watched a couple, movies, nothing too exciting really. That's all for now, take care. Love and miss you all!

Estonia
Estonia must be a great place to visit. I just ran into a website about Estonia the other day - it is a Documentary about Estonia's Singing Revolution: http://singingrevolution.com
