we have arrived

Hey everyone, just wanted to let you know that we arrived safely in Amsterdam yesterday after a so-so flight with KLM where we were the ONLY seats on the entire plane where you could not see a TV!!! What the Hell!! We had a giant sleep last night (me 10.5 hours) and now we are off to explore the city and maybe see Modest Mouse (rock show, for the moms) tonight if we can snag some tixs. We love our hotel, it is very lovely (Hotel Brouwer if you want to google it) and we are going to rent bikes today and see some of the outer canal areas.
