In San Francisco

Hey Guys,
Here we are in San Francisco. It is a fantastic city. The weather is a perfect 26 degrees. Lovely. We saw the Golden Gate Bridge as we came into to land. We are all suffering a bit of jet lag. We stuffed up our accommodation booking with the time zone difference, so arrived at the 'fully booked' hostel with our reservation for tomorrow. So, Tim walked the streets looking for something else. No worries though, he found an apartment for us so it was all good in the end. The bonus was we have an extra day in SF. Today we are off to Alcatraz and a trip (hopefully on an old fire engine) over the Golden Gate Bridge to Sausilito. We have been to Union Square and Fishermans Wharf. Starbucks everywhere, and have only seen one McDonalds. People are pretty nice here. Anyway, gotta go. Will update again when we get to Yosemite. Take care.

Farthers Day
Basically when dads get old all they do is pass wind or in the laymans talk of the youth of today, fart. Happy farthers day Mr Tim. But anyway since you have arrivred in the land of the lone Bush you must be buzzing. Is it really golden or is it the same colour as the coat hanger in Sidley. I'm talking about the bridge. Why didn't you take Suzanne with you? She must be really upset that she isn't in the photo. I suppose you could take her on the next trip. How about a big cutout, you could then have her in every photo. Went to Phyillis paaty last night and had a great time. Good music, good food. Scary we are all nearly old. glad you arrived safely, fly QANTAS thats what the rain man says, stay safe, hasta la vista ----

Hi Breeze family, we have just read the first couple of entries on this site. Great to see the photos of happy faces. We will tune in regularly. The rain is here again and very heavy - the fete ladies are worried. If a low depression forms off Fraser Island tomorrow we are in for a wet weekend. Sarah we have got a new boy in our class this week - from Liverpool in England. We are enjoying his "Beatles" accent. Enjoy the holiday. Sarah Bartlem said you sent me an email - it hasn't arrived. At the moment we are in Miami, and we are sitting in the airport. We have been over the Golden Gate Bridge, seen Muir Woods, with the biggest trees in the world, giant Sequioa trees. We have also seen lots of animals including squirrells, chipmonks, deer and a brown bear who chased dad away. We all ran away with dad. It was so funny. Gotta go and hope to hear from you soon.
