Shinjuku
The times square of Tokyo This was the final stop on this trip. We took flight back to Saigon and connected with an overnight flight to Tokyo. We met Daddys friends Gabriel and Yunuen and there 2 children Anika and Sophia. Daddy worked with Gabriel in the clinic in Italy. I had last seen them when I was 4 months old. THat was less than 2 years ago, but I dont remember them. Dad had never seen little Sophia until now as she is only 1 years old. It was very wierd being called "Big" Sofia. I loved playing with the Anika and Sophia. We stayed with them at the hotel in Tokyo for 2 nights and then at their apartment about 1 hour away. Tokyo was a huge city, though much more quiet than Hanoi and Saigon. We walked all over. It was very hot. We saw more pagodas, went on a boat ride, visted a HUGE fish market, and ate raw fish. It was so hot, that we decided to splash around in a fountain in the city.
The 2 nights we spent at Dad's friends house was very relaxing. I spent most of the time playing with the girls, and we had
a great dinner with some other friends that dad knew from Italy. I had so much fun with them. Dad says they travel just as much as he does, so there is a good chance we will see them in some country in the near future. I hope so.
We then flew home. I was soooo good on the planes I did not cry once and slept almost the whole way home. Dad was amazed. I once again had so much fun travelling with my dad and being with him every minute of the day for almost a month. I dont know where I will be going next, but once again, it will very hard to top this trip.
