PS...
I love the constitution... The right of a dog to be a dog, and to love and take care of the cat, and to live by the river, sounds like playschool. Nice of them to give the river rights.

Consititution
Death and taxes some to everyone eventually... except in Vilnius ("everyone has the right to die. It is not obligatory".) Although I'm not sure about the taxes.
