vee at her housevee at her housevee at her house

i'm at my house where my mom, dad, grandma, grandpa, rae satya aunty, bayai lived.
hi everyone, well it's almost time to come home and bug all of you guys.and let me tell u,u will all be sick of all my stories.and i have lots.
last week i went to BA to visit bijju and spend a few days with her and her family.there was a carnival there with rides and candy floss and popcorn and all that.as u all know, being a carnies wife i coulkn't give a rats ass if i saw another amusement park in my life.but being a nice guest i accompanied them for two nights and got really bored.ray, think of the smallest mom and dad operation in chilliwack and this was it.to top it off there wasn't a bathroom there and the nearest one was at the busstand where the native fijian boys loomed around"up to no good".and guess who had to go #2!!well i begged the gas station lady with my last $50 and she gave in.i tell ya the bathroom situation is bad here.oh and if u ever visit fiji, carry toilet paper.so after that fiasco i decided that i would stay back in the village and the nearest pit.
my days in lane was mainly spent with bijju's daughter.we walked around

it's so weird stading at the house where i grew up.i start to remember everyone the way they were.
and took trips over to the people i grew up with's houses.i visited my friend kookai"house and saw her picture and was told the story about how she died in a car crash with her little boy.she was only 27.
on saturday we went to town and saw a parade,it was to mark the last day of the carnival.
i was really disappointed with bijju and her lack of interest with spending time with me.i thought it would be an amazing experience for both of us but i guess she thought differently.she chose to go to the carnival while i stayed home with her mom and chilled.i guess i expected too much.
during my stay i couldn't help but look at my old house over and over again as if expecting it to come alive with my old life.if i closed my eyes i could hear my grandma calling me and the noise of my family.it will be tough to leave again but this time i will leave knowing full well where i'm going.no more sacred little 8 year old going to the big world all by herself.
i'll go back to bijju's for the last time next week to
i the front yard.i the front yard.i the front yard.

this is where we used to do pooja's and hang out.i use to stand at the edge of the yard and wait for my grandpa to come home.
say good bye.i don't really think i'm going for her,i think it's the house and the thought of leaving the ghost of my old life and my family i grew up with.wish me luck!
i can't wait to see u all.love from vee

there were so many feelings of anxiety and loss when i approached the tree.i felt love, loss, deperation, strenght and freedom.it is from there that i got my wisdom and the will to fight for a mango.metaphorically speaking.
still therestill there
still there

every morning bijju, kookai, saten and vee would go to the orchard and gather mango's before anyone eles would go.vee's bucket would get so ful it would take her sometime to get home.all she could think of was how happy her grandma would be to see all the mango's.

Vee,I'll bet that the experiences of this month will last for a life-time. I love the bathroom stories, they take me back to India . . . always carry toilet paper and those damn pits! They are a challange huh? Look forward to seeing you soon, Love, Anne
