Belgium is good for more than waffels....

like beer 😊 just kidding. it's good for more than that. we just arrived in belgium the day before yesterday. we arrived in brugges. mom told us we should go there, so we went. we are so glad that we did too. it's a really cute city that used to be surrounded by a city wall and a moat. it was really cool. our hostel was the most disgusting one so far....the beds and the shower were SCARY!!! but thank goodness it was just for one night. we spend our only day there going to the brewery. they took us on a tour and gave us really delicious free beer. we ended up meeting these older guys who were cousins traveling together. they were hilarious. we then went to a local pub and had a really old guy coach us through ordering our belgium beer. the bar had 500 DIFFERENT KINDS. it was pretty complicated to choose, so he chose for us. it was a lot of fun. then we went to bed early and had an encounter with a really weird dude that was staying in our room. he was in europe to find a place to live because thats where his 4-year-old daughter wants to live. he was kind of creepy. then we got up early the next morning to head here, brussels. theres not much here though. we just wandered around yesterday with our roommates and looked at some buildings. the architecture here is really cool, and thats just about it. grand place is the famous square here, so we went there and took some pictures...that we can't post because once again this computer doesn't have a usb port. i guess we'll try AGAIN in london...if not then you guys will get to see all of our picture at our welcome home bash.

so now we are just killing time til we have to catch the eurostar to go through the chunnel again back to london....for 3 nights, then HOME 😊 we are really really anxious to get home and see everyone and tell you all the juicy stories that we had a tough time typing out and actually having them make sense....like the old women on the ramp escalator thing that fell down...lol.

off to find some belgium chocolate at the grocery store. miss you all lots and see ya in 3 days!!!
