The pictures here pretty much speak for themselves. Fluid motion, big smiles, sexy people, incredible location SelesaBeachResort, expert planning SalsaHavanaKL, 12 peice band LaBandaSigilosa, three days and nights under the full moon. June 29, 30, July 1 - 2007. The planning is already underway for next years event in Penang Malaysia, 2008 worldlatinsalsacongress

And for those who can not wait for a whole year there is more Salsa in Malaysia MalaysianSalsaFestival happening August 9-12, 2007. Special thanks to the Radio TraxxFM for providing a live show of the Salsa Congress and the hot DJ's who kept the party flowing.

Meanwhile our Funkyeyes Production team shot over 14 hours of video footage during this amazing weekend and we will be putting a dozen clips on the web in the near future. Please have patience because next week we are travelling to Sarawak and the RainForestWorldMusicFestival to shoot a second pilot for our "Adventure Cooking" Show with British Host, Jack Vinegar. When we return on July 20th the hundred of hours of editing will begin. We will be editing a pilot for DiscoveryChannelAsia which is part of a 13 episode series on "Master Global Artists". Artists come in all shapes, sizes, and disciplines. We are using the term "Art" to include; Dancers, Musicians, Painters, Singers, Sculptors, Tattooists, Poets, Magicians, Filmmakers, and any other professionals who are dedicating their lives to expressing their deepest passions. We are using the term "Global" to indicate the profound interconnection of our current age. With the convenience of airtravel, internet booking, and mobile networking we are far from isolated. Our series will profile artists who are taking their show on the road. The excitement of travel is a HUGE inspiration from which to create new work. We are using the word "Master" to indicate artists who have dedicated their lives to their chosen craft. These are people who have made many sacrifices to get where they are. They have chosen a path of challenge, struggle, and uncertainty. Yet these "Master" Artists are the shining lights for humanity, giving us inspiration to live our own dreams. They are living examples of how we can use discipline, hard work and courage to climb the tallest mountains, and explore our deepest depths.

So please stay tuned and have patience. Our 13 Episode "Master Global Artists" Series will be heading for production this year. We will have a dozen web video clips online as soon as possible. Love to you all and see you at the next Salsa Congress.
Cheers
Peter
