Leaving Phi Phi

Very sad to be leaving this beautiful island, I've had an amazing few days here and have met some of the nicest people I'm probably every likely to meet. Feels a shame to be turning my back on them & moving on but I guess that is what travelling is all about.

I felt like a bit of a dickhead on the boat from Phi Phi to Phuket as I decided to sit up top on deck as when I sat below deck last time in was bloody freezing. So instead of being freezing I and all of my belongings got absolutely saturated, the sea was rough and wasn't messing about.

Alas I wasn't alone though and was accompanied by many other dickheads willing to feel the oceans wrath. I could have gone below deck but it was next to impossible to stand up, one guy tried and almost broke his spine. So I just sat and cuddled my camera and i-pod so that they didnt get wet and let fate take it's toll.

Currently I'm at Patong Beach, I'll probably spend a couple of nights here and then continue my siege north.

HEY HEY!! Where abouts are u staying in Phuket? i loved it there! many a day was spent on patong beach, getting annoyed by the locals trying to sell u things! enjoy, x
