i left london on the 8th and arrived in finland on the 9th at 0130 in the morning to find ellen waiting for me cos she had arrived earlyier she looked like shit we tryed to get what sleep we could and the airport untill our bus came at 0550 i woke up at 0500 only to find i had fallen asleep on my mizpah ring and had mizpah imprint on my face it stayed there for ages looked like a real freak got on the bus the fog was so thick and it was sooo cold i had 6 layer of cloths on and was still cold and looked fat cos of all the cloths got a good look at the country with the bus trip arrived in turku hopeing to put the head down big mistake on our way into the hostle we ran into some teacher who invited us on trip with them and the kids we went to the origle worker village museum it was cool they where tiny houses it was rain and cold but it was still nice cos the teacher where interpting everything for us let heeps about there history and culture. yesturday we went to ellen mum town i was extremly grumpy lack of sleep it was 17km there and back by push bike my ass still hurting we rode all around the village it was a fishing village and it was cold got to see ellen mum old school we then came back and went for a tradtional dinner which was really nice today we went to the castle in this area it is alot different from the castle in the uk still very pretty and then shopping in town tommorrow we are off to mum lace village to get some bobbin and have a look at the area shell keep you up to date

Hello, You were so lucky to spent the time at the museam with the teachers and pupils. We watched the Euro Singing Comp last night catching glimpses of Finland. It is a truley exciting place to be visiting. Saw a lovely Jumper with reindear on it....guess this is what you need to be wearing. Cold can be so much fun...seriously, makes getting warn exciting. Also saw a lovely red poncho type coat...mmmmmvery swish!!! Grandma looks forward to you blog installment as we do, clicking on line each day.
