Right now taken our last journey in the big green bus and arrived in Christchirch it was pritty boaring but, there were a few good points thought, after hearing about a zippo art shop form and American all the way back in Rotarua we went to scout it out and it didnt take too long to find it, i got some amazing artwork done on my zippo (see picture) for an incriedible artist.
Over the next few days we climbed up the cathederal tower, christchurch cathederal is supprisingly small, but there were some great views form the top. While in Chirstchurch we stayed in a hotal called base which was like a laberenth but nice all the same. Appart form that we didnt do too much in out final destination of NewZeland. After a few days we headed for the airport and got fairly drunk befor flying to Oz!.............

After landing in Australia we took a bus to Geelong where we were met by Peter who drove us out of the city to his home in Breamlea, a lovely house which he built himself and live in with Julie. It was good to be staying in a real house again after so much time living in hostals, to our amazments Peter and Julie let us borrow there car for the weekend, so we drove down the great ocean road (apparently the worlds largest war memorial) to a beach town called Apollo bay, where there was a music festivle going on at the time, we couldnt afford tickets and it was packed so we had no space to stay the night, we did sneak into a few venues for free and saw some really good live acts, driving back that night in really dence fog was difficult but it was great to get back behind the wheal. Over the weekend we had a few good drives visiting surf city and the surf museum as well as bells beach and the torquay surf city - a complex of loads of surf shops, we were suckered in and bought lotsof stuff in the Ripcurl Factory outlet, luckily lots of it was on sale and all of it we got 1/2 of marked price so a nice cheap shop. On monday we left for Melbourne.

During the 5(ish) days we stayed in Melbourne we stayed with James, a great guy who lives in South Williams town in the coolest house, we spent this time playing a lot of xbox 360, going to lodes of comidy shows as it was international comidy week in the city while we were there. We also visited the MCG to see an AFL match between the west cost eagles and the Richmond Tigers, great match ending about 70-100 to the Eagles. We met a lode of James friend, one tried to smash a glass over my head after i pushed him into a bush, but then he gave me the glass as a leaving preasnt.

We took an over night eleven hour firefly bus to Sydney which was a MISSION! didnt get much sleep but still got more than simon who was trying to get to sleep on the floor of the bus, we got into Sydney at about 6:15 in the morning, walked around centural station trying to find a place to dump our bags, after finding out it would cost us $10 we gave up, took the train to the Royal Botanic Gardens, layed out all our stuff on the grass and went to sleep for the day.
Later that day we Traveld into Randwick to the Gerrads house which is LUSH, we are staying in the pool house wich is so nice, the house itself has a multiroom sound syistem, it the system has access to an internet database with about 3million tracks, beautiful.
While in Sydney we traveled by boat across the bay to a suburb called manly, another day we speant down at bondi beach, another we spent walking round the shopping area called 'the rocks'..........TBC.................
