I love to draw in the sand!Hello Everybody!
I know its been a very long time since we got around to posting a message basically the reason is well we been too slack, the ozzie way of life just got to us!
So we are now in the Land of the Kiwi and what a stunning place it is! But seen as this is the Perth blog you will have to wait a little longer for the New Zealand glory pictures and gossip.
It was a very long time ago since we was in Perth and so this is going to be the cut down version of events....
Perth started off quite badly with some very crappy accomodation disasters but they were sorted within a few days and we got to experience the lovely city of Perth. We shopped (ALOT), we went to the very nice beaches it has to offer, spent some time in the suburb of Freemantle. Had some catch up time with our friends from back home and also took a very long drive up to the Pinnacles.
Dave celebrated his 27th Birthday by sitting on the beach all day, then had dinner and drinks out in town, but
his age started to show when he got too tired after just two drinks and wanted to head back home!
We were sad to leave Perth as it really had it all, excellent weather all the time and all the above mentioned, also the trains to get to places were superb.
After Perth we headed back to Melbourne, and that would be the end of our sun worshiping days for a while. Melbourne was in Autum, and lucky for us it was still sunny by day, and got chiily in the evenings. Our three weeks in Melbourne were spent seeing people, drinking coffee and general milling around, with a few day trips to re-visit Penguins, see friends at the Zoo and some sand sculptures by the beach. Of course staying back at my cousins there was alot of eating to be done and we did our best to fit in and rise to the challenge! We of course succeeded well.
Of course there is so much more I could say but im hungry so I will leave it there!

It was nice to see you. HOw long did the curls last? Happy belated birthday to Dave,. I am stilol enjoying yhour bloggs. I will tell you when you are back how I missed my plane back..... not recommended Cannot wait to read about NZ as I intend to pop down there on my next trip. love
