Adam in full form as he tries to recreate the 80's Friday was a another day of relaxation and enjoying our last day on our wonderful resort. Pels and Jacko were awoken by the room phone going off at 7.45am with the local TV Station wanting to interview Pels about him refereeing on the Island and to also discuss with them what other things we had got upto on our trip.We agreed a time of later on in the day as we wanted to say farewell to two of our group who left today.
GP and Jacko headed off to the Airport and all the boys were there to say goodbye. The two Gordon's were leaving 24 hours before the other six so they could get back to the UK as they both had commitments over the weekend.
We spent most of Friday lounging about the pool but this was after most of the guys headed into the Capital to sort out their gifts they will be bringing home to friends and family.Don't expect Prada handbags or Rolex watches because they were all out of stock!!
Pels was picked up and went to do his interview that went out 7pm local time on the news programme.Quite
Pels & Aiden
Pels and Aiden on their last night out a few people within the hotel mentioned that they had seen it.One person who broke her wrist asked for his autograph on her plaster cast!
Evening dinner was its usual high standard, but as we have a very long journey on Saturday all guys headed off to bed for an early kip. We are being picked up at 11.45 am to take us to the Airport where we have a short 20 minute flight at 2.pm local time.We have a four hour wait in Antigua before we catch the Big Iron Bird to the UK. We then of course have to fly back to Scotland at some point on Sunday.
There will be one more blog after this one and hopefully this will be with you by Monday Morning!!!
