Hope everyone is doing well and not missing us too much!.. can't believe we are only in our 2nd week seems like we have done so much and its going really slowly... mint!

I was lying on Bondi Beach yesterday in the blazing hot sunshine looking at the bluest sky i've ever seen with the white flour soft sand in my toes... n just thought to myself... esh i've had a whole week off work now lol!! (jealous yet?)

Neway we have BIG NEWS that will put a lot of people's minds at rest and takes a lot of weight of our shoulders... we were looking into all the details and all the stuff we needed to know about buying a car and we were starting to get worried.. then we walked past this backpackers travel shop (where i'm at now...cos we have free internet here now) and discovered some amazing deals for the hop on/ hop off buses up to Cairns.
We sat down and looked at some deals then had a gud think about it and asked loadsa questions to make sure we weren't hearing things... so now we have booked:

-2 Bus tickets from Sydney to Cairns where we can stop off wherever we want on the way and the ticket is valid for 6 months!
-We are also going on a 4x4 safari camping trip to Fraser island with "Koala Adventures" with all food and accomodation included!
-Then because we booked that we got $100 off another trip to Sail around the Whitsundays! (with the same company.. you could google it n see what comes up)We aren't sleeping on the boat but we stop on a desert island for the night.. again all food etc included.

This is where our plans have changed slightly... - we than booked a trip from Alice Springs to Adelade over 5 days with everything included! Then an amazing tour along the Ocean road from Adelade to Melbourne with all included! and all of this... for both of us was just over 1000pounds!! amazing and we got loadsa half price vouchers for hostels up the East Coast! MINTO!!

I'm not jealous. Not one little bit. Honestly.
Emma, Ant, I've just got to tell you that this is the first chance I've had to log on to your blog (so to speak!) and I am extremely jealous (yes, so much for the title of this comment!). It's a Wednesday, I'm at work, and it's been bloody snowing in England. I hope this makes you both feel even better! Sounds (and looks!) like you're both having such a fab time! Your itinary sounds great - Paul did a lot of that route and keeps banging on about it now and it's two years later! You'll end up meeting loads more fun people doing it all via bus too! Keep having the most amazing time and putting photos up for us unlucky folk back in dull England! xxx
