Second day in London.... we wake early to make the most of the day. First we had a date with a big wheel called the London eye, booked on at 10.30am and what an experience that was. You can see for miles, Buckingham Palace, Big ben, River Thames.. everything! I would definitely recommend to anyone travelling to London to go on it. After 30mins of taking endless photos upon the London eye we head to the London aquarium, which is a hop skip and a jump away. It wasn't nearly as big as I thought it would be, more of a kid thing. There was one shark that kept going around and around this rock it was huge! We got to watch the sting rays being fed and Kevin even stroked a few, I was too scared after what I heard about Steve Irwin, but there were kids as young as 3 putting there hands in the tank.

Our tummy's were rumbling and our nose's smelt the sweet smell of waffles and hot dogs on the side walk. Before you know it, we are buying one and watching the boats cruize along the River Thames, before spotting a small shop

Look at me! just hanging with the stars as per usual. haha
with bus tour's. We book ourselves on the orginal bus tour travelling around on a big red open topped bus, just like on tv! Saw many things & learnt alot of history behind it, big ben up close and personal, Westminster Abbey, St Paul's Cathedral, Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park, Green park and many more. Stopping off in the afternoon near Madame Tussauds to see the celebrity wax muesum which is awesome! Robbie Williams, Christina Aguleria, Simon Cowell, John Travolta you name them and their there, and look real.

After a long day of being a tourist, Vicki (friend from New Zealand) and her friend Chris (Australian guy she met while travelling) came to our hotel to have a few drinks, catch up on old times. At about 10.30pm we have a brain wave that we are all hungry and we should find something to eat in a city that we think should never sleep. Boy were we wrong! we walked around Trafalgar square for 1 1/2 hours trying to find a restaurant that was still serving food before ending up at a trusty old mcdonalds eating burgers and fries. We then had another brain wave to find a pub

Isn't it gorgeous?
or club to have a few drinks in, by now it was getting onto midnight and could you believe it, we couldn't find a single pub/club that was open and everyone on the street that Chris tried to stop and ask didn't know as they were all like us, none the wiser. Apart from one girl who lead us to a cruize boat on the River Thames, by then we had been walking around for a good hour it had started to rain but surprisingly our spirits were high as we were in London baby! But after the guy was going to charge us £7 each to get on the boat, and then £1.50 charge everytime you used your card we were heading back to our hotel and calling it a night.

Till the next day, our final day in London..
