My Trip to Spain!

Buffalo-->New York-->Madrid-->Valencia

Hi all!

I have spent the last few days visiting Jesse in New York. It was fun, we spent Tuesday in the city and went to the Statue of Liberty and Central Park. The Statue of Liberty was a bit of a disappointment since we could only go up into the base and not the actual statue part. But it was still pretty cool and we got some good pictures. Then we went to lunch and wandered around Central Park, we saw his old playground and lots of other famous parts of the park. Then Wednesday we spend the day in his town, it was beautiful! His town is Larchmont and it is right on the Long Island Sound, there are huge gorgeous houses all over the bay area. I also took some library pictures for my mom. The one was in New York and I saw it when we were getting off the subway, and the other was the Larchmont library, very pretty, but it was dark when we were there.

So I leave for Madrid this evening! I can't even believe it! I am so excited to get there and meet people and see Europe for the first time in my life!! Well, that is about all I have to say, check out the pictures! I will check in when I can, probably after I arrive in Valencia (the 14th).

Great Pics
Robin, Looks like you had a great time in the city. My brother was also disappointed when he brought the family to Statue of Liberty. They couldn't get up very high either! Long Island Sound is lovely, isn't it. Enjoy your arrival in Spain Ger
