#1. Thai Welcome snack made with lime, peanuts, shallots, roasted coconut, dried shrimp, green chillies, topped with sweet sauce wrapped in a leaf. Just like at Nit's in Moose Jaw but way better.
#2. Fried Cashews and chicken. Kind of sweet and nutty, the best part is a sort of spicy red chilli and the funny looking elephant ear mushroom.
#3. Red Curry Paste, lets sit in a circle and pound the fuck out of red chillies, garlic, ginger, random deliciousness, and then put it into my next food item...
#3. Chicken in red curry with coconut milk. Fuck yes.
#4. Spicy glass noodle salad. Made with adorable spicy green chillies, carrots, the funny looking mushrooms again, onions, etc. mixed with lime juice, sugar, and soy sauce. Very spicy but very tasty.
#5. Coconut milk soup with chicken and galangal. Kaffir lime leaves and lemongrass flavour this soup and it's cooked until it's the dope shizzle.
#6. Mango and sticky rice. My god, the sheer deliciousness.
My point is that everybody should come here and take a cooking course.

PS- we also tried a variety of different tropical fruit with names I can't pronounce. Again, fuck yes.
