Basque village of Burgette

Had to walk quite a way before I came across breakfast this morning. Eventually a couple of villages on from Burgette a tough old Basque woman behind a small bar whipped up a ham sandwich and an expresso for me. Since this day I love only black coffee. Especially expresso.
