Ali - Read your answer about recovering formatted memory cards....would love more info!
We have a canon digital camera. Memory card was formatted and we lost everything! YIKES please help....all of our local camera stores can't give us any info and we have looked on line, tried a few "free trials" without any luck! Any suggestions? Any info would be extremely appreciated. Thank you
Reply to this Firstly - don't do anything else with the memory card - buy a new one for shots you want to take now.
Next - you'll need a computer some time and hopefully a good friend how knows how to do this.
You'll need to find a data recovery software - there are freeware ones - "freeware file recovery" on google etc - and then it's a case of trying to work out which is adverts and which is genuine links - I don't have a recommendation as this didn't happen to me for a few years now.
