Hiking the Grand Canyon?

Looking forward to a trip to Arizona. Suggestion for guided tours to the Grand canyon?

I've taken a few days off from work and was looking to go hiking Grand Canyon. Wanted to take my family along and since we haven't really ever been to the place, we were thinking of a planned tour along with our hike. I'd heard from a friend about Openroadtours (website) which organised such tours from Phoenix and nearby cities. I've heard positive reviews and their packages are pretty flexible as well. The most important factor because of which I thought about suggestion was that they have good experience in hiking in the Southwest places and also organise scheduled itineraries .

Could you tell me your experience with this travel agency? Or a tour from another agency (to the grand canyon, of course) and you liked their service, do help me! Looking forward to suggestions.
