It is a great photo - and it looks the sort of bookshop one could easily spend many hours exploring.

Thanks Jo and whoever liked and voted for the image. I love it too actually, and I am sure it will finde a place on my wall back in Ottawa some day. The image was captured in the El Ateneo bookstore in Buenos Aires. The place is grand and quite easy to imagine the period of its greatness as you walk around,then I looked down and saw the wonderful sight of two worlds coming together so dramatically, with the Rock and Roll CD department downstairs pumping out Rolling Stones music and the escalator bringing the two worlds together. Taken with D300 Nikon with a 17-55 2.8 handheld.
