How are you as a visitor or resident of Dublin coping?

Last I read, the center of Dublin is cordoned off, which has to be disappointing for tourists, and a real pain for those who live and work there.

I lived and worked in Dublin for 7 years, so realise that the city services and authorities are not equipped for extreme weather, because the weather there rarely gets extreme. Usually, there is more rain that folks would like there to be, but hardly ever enough to flood huge areas of the city, threaten lives, destroy homes and property....

I am glad my appartment in the city center of Dublin is on the 3rd floor, instead of one of the ones on the ground floor which I thought until now I wanted. Reply to this
