I agree with some points in it, but with others I dont see why it is considered bad behaviour on forums.

'bad behaviour, that I don't find bad'
I never feel put out by people hauling up old threads.
I dont see what is wrong with short posts. The only time those are bad, is when a spammer only posts them to get attention to their own Profile Page.
I dont think people need lurk for any time, before taking part. If they are travellers, they likely will have something worth saying. Those who arent travellers are unlikely to be here anyway.

The other bad behaviour, I can understand what is wrong with it.
Of course, posting a heap of stuff we dont understand is not desirable, and trolling is certainly not wanted...
