To post a photo on a forum post, firstly click on the photo and enlarge it. The photo code in the form of will be to the right of it. Just post this code on the post where you want the photo to appear.
Or are you asking how you can put photos in your blogs? To do that, you would firstly create a blog with any text in it and save it. Then use the photo uploader to upload the photos. Control Panel, Add Entry to create the blog.
