We are a family of four. We have been thinking of taking a cruise for a long time. This will be our first time. We are thinking of booking our tickets at timelytravels.com . This site was referred to me by a friend. I need to know whether anyone booked their tickets from this site before. What was their experience?.
Also our destination is alaska, so which is a good family friendly cruise line?

Reply to this Jennifer----I never heard of the site until I saw your post. I also note the site carries a "Montrose Travels" name in the background, Could this be a re-seller? Have you checked out the big companies such as Expedia compared prices? I purchase only from travel agents that I know and who have been in business for along time. They too can fail, but thus far I've never lost a cent ad I think I get good service. There are many cruise agents on the internet as well as locals in many larger towns. Do a lot of comparing and see if you are getting a great deal. We travel on Holland America most of the time. Clean ship, good service, good food and ships not too large. For the children they might prefer a larger ship like one the Princess ships where there are tons of things for children to do while aboard. An Alaska cruise for a first cruise will be fantastic. Post any question you ahev and I'll try to answer. Have been to Alaska about a dozen times.
