I don't want to detail my full story at this time, as I am still dealing with the problem I had with this company.
Bottom line: I will never rent from them again. If you do, be absolutely meticulous on your walk-around/pre-delivery inspection (I suggest taking a minimum of 15 minutes and detailing everything that is not in new condition), and thoroughly read everything they ask you to sign. Plan at least a full hour for both the pick-up and drop-off.
