I will be going to Grand Canyon from Vegas for 1 day. I am planning to cover grand canyon skywalk and also hoover dam on the way. Is there anything else I can visit considering just 1 day trip?
Also can anybody suggest me good restaurant (veg.) near grand canyon? Reply to this

It sounds like you have a pretty good itinerary for the day. The skywalk has to be the best (and newest) thing to see there. Unless you have a fear of heights then I would not recommend. If you're not used to hot, dry weather, I recommend limiting your travel and walking, escpecially these next few months when it gets really hot.

I'm not aware of any totally vegetarian places in the area but there is Bright Angel Lodge which has a few vegetarian plates. They're open 7 days, 6-10pm
