Swimming with dolphins?

Im going to Cancun next month, I will also visit Riviera Maya and Playa del carmen.
Id love to swim with dolphins and I've heard you can do it seawater, in their natural environment at some places as Xelha, but I recently found this page:



And there are more programs that I was expecting, Now I dont know what to choose, can anyone help me please?
