Travelling across Canada by car. We're camping some but will need some overnight accomodations in between.....

My daughters and I will be travelling across Canada in July with the intention of spending blocks of time camping mostly in the Western part. Seeing as we're from Quebec, I figure we can spend more time in the east some other year. We'll be needing quick sleep and shower stops in places around Thunder Bay, Sudbury, Marathon and Kapuskasing Ontario. I was told that some campuses rent rooms during the summer for minimal cost. If necessary we'll find motels but any cost saving is a bonus.
