After two days in Colonia we took a 2 hour bus ride East to the Capitial of Uruguay Montevideo. The architecture here was amazing (Very European). The city was big but easy to negotiate. We enjoyed it better in B.A. because you did not have people coming up to you constantally trying to sell you things. We stayed here for two nights and took in a Tango show too. The entertainment was great and the food once again outstanding.

Our tour bus

This was our tour bus. Notice the large windows to look out. There was only one open seat so it was very cramped. But the best part was we got to stop at a gas station half way through the tour for food and drinks. Not provided in the orginal cost.
