We had a wonderful day exploring the Sacred Valley today. We started with a visit to Chinchero which is an Inca village where locals still live and sell their crafts. The scenery surrounding this area is very beautiful and the Inca walls and terraces were amazing. We then visited Moray which is believed to be an Inca agricultural test area. Very interesting and we enjoyed hiking thru the site. Lunch was at a spot that had macaws and llamas for us to view. We then continued thru the Sacred Valley to Ollantaytambo. It was very interesting to hike around these very impressive Inca ruins. We then spent the night in Urubamba.
